**Agentic working and coding is reshaping business and software engineering** and I felt it firsthand when I built a production-grade application to test it myself. After 20+ years in data and engineering leadership, **this is the first technology shift that's genuinely excited me in decades**. I believe it will fundamentally change how we do business and software engineering and will fundamentally reshape the business landscape with the **rise of agentic-native companies and agentic-native startups**.
